New Midland Mortgage, does not communicate with their customers.


CitiMortgage sold my loan to New Midland Mortgage. New Midland Mortgage sent me a payment book and nothing else.

NMM has not attempted to explain or give any information about customer service, how to contact them or current information about my loan (balances, interest rate, escrow, taxes). I tried to contact them by phone, it took nearly eight minutes to push the correct combination of number to get to customer service, then after being on hold, they just said "sorry, we don't send out statements or any infomation".

Information can only be found buried in their website or by special request through their labyrinth of a phone system. I am looking for a new mortgage today.
